A fast-growing company with complex operational needs, Endera was managing AP manually across multiple systems, including BILL, Quickbooks, and its ERP, Infor SyteLine. Entering 400-500 invoices monthly resulted in double data entry, inefficiencies, and a lack of centralization. With plans to expand from two to five active entities while integrating all financial operations into Infor SyteLine, Endera implemented Tipalti for a more efficient AP process.

Seamless Integration With Tipalti Accounts Payable Automation

Tipalti partner HubKor built an integration that directly connected Tipalti’s AP automation platform with Infor SyteLine, eliminating the need for manual data entry across different systems. This integration automated the entire payments workflow for Endera, saving time and creating a streamlined process overall. With Tipalti, Endera improved invoice management by automatically capturing, coding, and routing invoices for approval, automated vendor onboarding and data collection, and optimized international payments by eliminating manual wire transfers. It also improved invoice processing speed and strengthened data integrity.

Tipalti has made my job incredibly fast. I now process 800 to 1,000 invoices a month as one person, which would have required one and a half people without Tipalti.
